Our Executives

Ben Della Vedova – Director

Ben is the Executive Director of Capita Finance Solutions, an award winning mortgage broking and financial services business and looks after strategy, governance, business development and marketing. Ben also works with Realmark on corporate matters including business development, finance, and accounting and system development.Ben is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years’ experience at top tier global accounting practices including PWC, Deloitte and ASX listed companies, a fellow of FINSIA and holds graduate diplomas in chartered accounting and applied finance. He has worked across multiple industries including mining, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, agriculture, local government and corporate advisory.Ben is responsible for the day-to-day investment management, investor relations, strategic direction and development of the company’s investment strategy.

John Percudani – Director

John Percudani is the Managing Director of Realmark, one of the most progressive and awarded firms in Australian real estate. John is an experienced business leader and an acknowledged innovator in real estate practises and marketing. His passion for real estate was fostered early in his career as a town planner before going on to develop Realmark from a typical small agency business to a multi-office, market-leading, multi-discipline business. In 2015 John was awarded the Kevin Sullivan Award, REIWA’s highest acknowledgement for individual excellence and achievement. John is an astute and experienced commentator on the property market, with a keen interest in architecture, urban planning and design. He’s a passionate and multi-award winning marketer and speaks with authority and conviction on the true relationships involved.In addition to guiding the management of the company, John is a Responsible Manager in relation to Syncroni’s Australian Financial Services License and is directly involved in the company’s investment strategy.
